Laura Fortman, Department of Labor Commissioner, and staff members Ginny Carroll and Jessica Picard visited Educare Central Maine in Waterville today for a tour and to discuss the important ways that the workforce and access to childcare are intertwined.
“We were so excited to have the Commissioner at Educare! We had a great discussion about workforce, quality childcare and the need for transportation,” said Tracye Fortin, Director, Child & Family Services, KVCAP.
